How pricing works
We price each engagement individually. The final quote depends on:
- Role seniority and required skill set
- Contract length and number of candidates
- Scope of the replacement guarantee
- Client geography and invoicing currency
Currency & taxes
- Indian clients: invoiced in INR. GST at 18% is applied as per the CGST/SGST/IGST rules in force at the time of invoicing.
- EU clients: invoiced in EUR. Reverse-charge applies where eligible under Article 196 of the EU VAT Directive.
- Bank charges and currency-conversion costs are borne by the remitter unless agreed otherwise in the quote.
