3. Personal Data We Collect Through This Website

This website is a static marketing site. It does not contain contact forms, account sign-ups, or any other mechanism for submitting personal data to us directly. The only personal data processed in connection with this website falls into two categories:

  • Technical server-log data — when you visit a page, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically processes your IP address, user-agent string, referrer, and request timestamp for security, abuse prevention, and basic operation of the site.
  • Communication data you choose to send us — if you click an email link on the site and send us a message, we process the content of that message and any information it contains (name, email address, company, role brief, etc.) to reply to you and evaluate a potential engagement.

6. Recipients and Processors

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, each bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations:

  • Hosting provider — Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel hosts this website and processes technical server-log data on our behalf under its Data Processing Agreement.
  • Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose personal data.

Beyond hosting, we do not use any website-side analytics, marketing, tag-management, chat, or advertising processors.

7. International Transfers

Because we operate between India and the European Union, personal data is transferred between these jurisdictions. For transfers of personal data from the EU/EEA to India, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914) as the legal transfer mechanism, together with supplementary measures where appropriate. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy and in accordance with applicable law:

  • Technical server-log data — retained by our hosting provider for the period set out in its standard retention policy (typically up to a few weeks) for security and operational purposes.
  • Communication data you send us by email — retained for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter for such period as is necessary to comply with applicable tax, corporate, and contract-law record-keeping obligations.
